Mytchett Athletic Kites Vs Pro Soccer Academy – 3–2 Loss

Much better start today, continuing to play quickly and shorter. We looked much more comfortable with the ball and not giving it away as easily.

What we lack at the moment is the aggressive fight and determination to win the first and then second balls, along with not being reactive when the play breaks up and the ball is loose.

I was generally happy with the changes we’ve implemented and the play during the game. We aren’t miles away — just the few bits mentioned. Remember, this was the top of the league, having lost only one game all season, and there wasn’t much between us at all.

Friendly next weekend against a coach I did my UEFA course with — a good chance to carry on working on what’s needed.
